Based on the statements of the American operator Verizon, many have already concluded that sales of the brand new iPhone 5 will begin on September 21. But the intrigue remains: when to wait for the iPad mini?
In the absence of official information, there are a lot of rumors on the web about the release date of a smaller version of the iPad. And it’s worth saying that these rumors are worth listening to, since bloggers Jim Dalrymple and John Gruber have repeatedly predicted the release dates of Apple products (recall the forecast for the release of the iPad 3 in March this year).
Here are the arguments of blogger Gruber, with whom Dalrymple, who is close to Apple, fully agrees:
“I don‘t think Apple will introduce both devices at the same time. The company does not need its new gadgets to fight with each other for a place on the shelf and in news feeds. It would be more logical for the company to release a smaller version of the iPad a few weeks after the release of the iPhone 5. Actually, in my opinion, this will happen. Apple will even hold two separate events.
The first is on September 12, to present the new iPhone and iOS 6. A little later, in the first or second week of October, as part of the second event, she will present a new iPad, a new iPod Touch, as well as an updated line of players.”
