According to the results of last year, digital sales of games in the United States went twice ahead of retail, according to SuperData.

At the end of December, we posted our own infographic with the main figures of the mobile games market for 2013. From it, for example, it was possible to learn that the market volume last year amounted to $ 13.2 billion.

Today we decided to offer you an infographic with the results of the Western gaming market for the past year from the American analytical company SuperData for comparison. According to them, sales of games (console, mobile social and online) in the States alone amounted to $21.8 billion. Moreover, most of them – $11.8 billion – fell on the “figure”.

It is also worth noting the strongest drop in CPI in social games associated with the transition of users to a mobile platform.
