Ex-employees of Big Huge Games, closed a few months ago, have started creating a role-playing action game Infinity Blade: Dungeons for the iOS mobile platform.
Epic Games has opened a new studio, Impossible Studios, which includes former employees of Big Huge Games. At the moment, the developers of the RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning are working on the Infinity Blade: Dungeons action game for iOS. This is a joint project with ChAIR Entertainment, a subsidiary of Epic Games.
Sean Dunn, director of the new studio Impossible Studios (he was CEO of Big Huge Games, before that he worked as creative director at THQ) calls the team working on Infinity Blade a stellar line-up, adding: “our imagination, experience and technology together will give a greater result than the work of each studio individually.”
