The Russian Mobile Awards’ 2013 contest will be held as part of the tenth Mobile VAS & Apps Conference. The acceptance of applications for participation in it has already begun.
Ekaterina Ivanova, the head of the i-Free Events direction, called the contest an “Oscar in the professional environment“. According to her, “he will celebrate the best projects released in Russia and the CIS.”
Russian Mobile Awards’ 2013 will be held in six categories: “Best mobile game”, “Best non-gaming application”, “Best Mobile Service”, “Best SMS service”, “Best mobile service with mobile and offline payments” and “Best Startup”.
The winner in each of the nominations will be chosen by a member of a special jury. It will include: Business Development Director of Nevosoft Yulia Lebedeva, Chairman of the Association of Mobile Service Providers and Content Nadezhda Antsiferova, Head of the mobile games publishing house Mail.Ru Group Mikhail Ryazanov and many others.
Only those projects that were launched in Russia and the CIS in the period from November 1, 2012 to October 25, 2013 will be able to participate in the competition. Applications can be sent until October 25.
