100 million downloads were scored by the games of the South Korean publisher Gamevil, known for his love of anime style and role-playing genre.

Moreover, Gamevil managed to collect half of them in just the last six months (in August alone, the company reported 50 million downloads). Thus, each month, on average, brings the company about 8.3 million downloads on all Android and iOS platforms.

“Reaching the 100 million downloads mark is a milestone for any mobile company,” said Kyu Lee, vice president and head of the American branch of Gamevil. – “And we are overly grateful to our loyal fans who download one of our games after another.”

The head of the company is confident that the company was able to show such a good result thanks to “the ability to quickly adapt to the rapidly changing mobile market.” The company’s key projects in the last six months have been Zenonia, Cartoon Wars, Baseball Superstars and Air Penguin.

Gamevil’s revenues for 2011 amounted to $36.7 million, which is 39% more than in the previous year.
