The French developer and publisher of mobile games Gameloft reported record figures for the third quarter of 2012 ended September 30. During it, the company earned €55.4 million, which is 37% higher than in the same period last year, and 9.9% better than in the previous three months.
Revenue in the segment of games for smartphones and tablets was 124% higher than in the same period last year. And at the moment, its share in the total income structure is about 56%. Of these, 60% are accounted for by IAP and advertising.
MAU increased slightly compared to the previous quarter: from 55 million to 56 million. As for the geography of income, the largest contribution was made by North America – 32%. Europe and the Middle East accounted for 26%, the Asia-Pacific region – 22% and, finally, Latin America – only 19%.
