The Australian “simulator” of a positive ninja has passed the 300 million downloads mark in the two years since the game appeared on the App Store.

This joyful news for all fans of the game was announced by the project team – the Australian studio Halfbrick, known for such hits as Jetpack Joyride, Monster Dash and Age of Zombies. She shared data on downloads for a reason, but in honor of the second Birthday of the game, which took place on May 20. It was on this day in 2010 that it was released on the Apple App Store.

Halfbrick also named Fruit Ninja the second best-selling game on the App Store after Angry Birds. However, the developers did not specify: 300 million – the total number of downloads across all platforms or only on the App Store?

A curious fact: the creators of the game claim that every day around the world, users play about 100 man-years in total, playing Fruit Ninja.
