Warner Bros. Film Companies and MGM invested in Kabam studio, specializing in the development and publication of hardcore mobile strategies (Kingdoms of Camelot: Battle for the North, Arcane Empires).

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is known that the bosses of the filmmakers will join the board of directors of Kabam. Warner Bros Home Entertainment President Kevin Tsujihara will become a board member, and MGM executive Director Gary Barber will be an observer.

Apparently, Warner Bros was pleased with its collaboration with Kabam in the process of creating The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-Earth, recently released on iOS and Android. By the way, Barber called Kabam a “natural partner” to work on future projects on other famous IP, including games about Agent 007.
