One of the largest Japanese publishers of “big” games, Capcom today can boast of success in the mobile sphere. Its latest financial report indicates that revenue from the sale of mobile content increased by 142% in the last quarter and reached 2.9 billion rubles (about $37.1 million).

According to the company’s representatives, the number of downloads of four of its social and mobile games exceeded the milestone of 4.9 million. Curiously, Capcom maintains a successful partnership with GREE and DeNA, who are “irreconcilable” competitors. Resident Evil: Outbreak is among the leaders in the GREE network, and Minna to Monhan Card Master is in DeNA Mobage.
