While the hot Finnish guys from Rovio are watching the successful launch of Angry Birds Space, a game that currently tops the tops in 99 countries, their neighbors from Mountain Sheep also decided to show off the results.
The latest game of the studio, Bike Baron, created with the support of the French from Qwiboo, has gained about two million downloads on the iOS platform in total – in paid and free versions – in five months since its release.
What is especially curious, users did not only play it. According to the company, the players spent about 50 thousand hours to build and share with other users 100 thousand levels collected with their own hands.
The developers are not going to stop at two million downloads. The other day they released a version of the game for the new iPad, in addition, in the near future they promise to introduce new playable characters into the game. Also very soon Mountain Sheep is going to publish the eighth update, in which you can play as a Baron (the hero of the game) in his youth.
Bike Baron was launched in October 2011. The game is a hardcore arcade game in which the user, driving a motorcyclist, must overcome a level within a short period of time. The main feature is the carefully designed physics of motorcycle suspensions, as well as the ability to independently design and change levels for the game with friends.
