The Apple company officially announced the date of the presentation of its new smartphone. It will take place on September 12, that is, exactly a week later, next Wednesday.
So, the rumors were confirmed. We will officially see the sixth generation of Apple smartphones next week. The novelty will be called relatively unoriginal – iPhone 5, and not a new iPhone, as someone put on. At least, this is hinted at by the inscription on the banner, which turned out to be embedded in the invitations to the solemn event. Apple sent out an invitation to numerous Western resources just yesterday. The banner reads “he’s almost here”, a giant number twelve and a shadow from it, which forms the number five.
The presentation will take place in San Francisco, at 20.00 Moscow time.

Recall, according to the same sources that told about the date of the announcement a little more than a week ago, the release of the iPhone 5 will take place in the United States on September 21.
UPDATE: still, not everything is so clear about the name of the future device. Dutch journalists took out a curious photo from one of the Chinese factories where they print boxes for future iPhones. And judging by this photo, the new gadget will still be called The new iPhone. In this case, the number five in the announcement may well mean the diagonal of the screen – 5 inches.
