GamesAnalytics has launched a free service designed to help developers evaluate monetization and retention levels in f2p games.
The service is called Benchmark. According to representatives of GamesAnalytics, a company that collects data and optimizes payment schemes, with its help, developers will be able to identify problems that the project may have with advertising, user retention or income from in-game purchases.
The service will run the application through 75 main categories covering all aspects of PRM (Player Relationship Management), including engagement and monetization. Benchmark will also compare the game with the best and average in the corresponding class. Based on this test, developers, in theory, will understand how their game is ready to launch.
Benchmark will support all “related” platforms (social, mobile, web) and game genres. It will be possible to apply it at the stages of alpha and beta versions.
