InMobi, a mobile advertising company, announced that the number of unique users of its advertising network has reached 691 million.

The company claims that thereby it covers about 40% of the entire global audience of smartphone owners.

Recall that last fall, the company decided to withdraw from the markets of Eastern Europe and Russia and concentrate on the United States. In addition, she recruited former Google executive Crid Yu as vice president and Managing Director for North America. Apparently, this strategy has borne fruit.

As can be seen from the table above, the American market remains key for InMobi, but there is significant growth in other regions as well. According to the calculations of the CEO and founder of the company Naveen Tevari, in the next one and a half to two years InMobi will take the milestone of 1 billion unique users.
