Stillfront Group has a new acquisition. Her portfolio was replenished by the mobile publisher Candywriter, which released BitLife. The buyer paid $74.4 million for the asset.

As noted by Gamesindustry.biz, Candywriter will receive another $120.6 million upon reaching the target revenue level in fiscal years 2020-2022. It is also known about the deal that the co-founders of the company, Kevin O’Neil (Kevin O’Neil) and Nadir Khan (Nadir Khan), will remain in it as managers.

Candywriter is a Miami—based company on the market since 2006. Among her projects is the BitLife text simulator. For Stillfront, such an acquisition is an opportunity to expand the portfolio of genres and the audience.

Earlier this year, Stillfront Group bought mobile developer Storm8. Prior to that, Kixeye, Goodgame Studio and Coldwood Studio, which created Unravel, also became its assets.
