Swedish developer and publisher Zordix has announced the acquisition of the Hungarian game studio Invictus Games, known for a series of mobile platformers Give It Up! (71 million installations). As part of the deal, Zordix will become the owner of 100% of the shares and the copyright holder of all IP studio. It is reported that after the sale, the founders of the Invictus studio will become shareholders of Zordix. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Singapore-based mobile publisher Potato Play raised $0.5 million in a pre-seed round to search for new titles and develop partnerships in China, South Korea and Vietnam, as well as expand the marketing team.
