The Swedish Embracer Group does not stop buying up gaming companies. Today, the holding announced the acquisition of three more developers. All of them came under the control of Saber Interactive. The amount of the transaction is not called.

- SmartPhone Labs is a Russian studio from Veliky Novgorod, engaged in testing and developing games for all platforms. She has collaborated with Electronic Arts, Square Enix, Bandai Namco, Disney, Sony and Microsoft;
- Demiurge Studios is an American studio that specialized in mobile game development until 2020. She has created titles such as Marvel Puzzle Quest, Crazy Taxi Gazillionaire, Sega Heroes and Puzzle and Glory. Demiurge Studios is currently doing cross-platform AAA projects. According to Embracer Group, in 2021 the studio is able to bring about $ 15 million.;
- Fractured Byte is a studio from Estonia that helps other companies with the development and porting of games. Her portfolio includes projects like Borderlands: The Legendary Collection and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2.
Note that Embracer Group announced the previous series of purchases less than two weeks ago. Then eight companies joined the holding, including 3D Realms and CrazyLabs.
