Cyberpunk 2077
Kyle Rowley has left the position of Deputy director of Cyberpunk 2077 design at CD Projekt Red.
The official reason for leaving is the Rowley family’s move to Finland.
Rowley has already found a new job. He joined the team of Remedy Entertainment, developer Max Payne and Alan Wake. Currently, the studio is developing a Control shooter.
Everyone, everyone! I’ve an announcement to make: my family and I are moving back to Finland and I’m rejoining the awesome team @remedygames! I’d like to thank everyone @CDPROJEKTRED for the time spent working on #Cyberpunk2077. It’s gonna be killer. To the future!

I announce that my family and I are returning to Finland, where I will become part of the amazing Remedy team! I want to thank everyone from CD Projekt Red for the time spent on Cyberpunk 2077. The game will be killer. Forward to the future!” writes Rowley.
We should add that last year CD Projekt Red had a whole series of layoffs of key employees. The Cyberpunk 2077 project was left by the main gameplay producer Derek Patterson and the main art producer Michal Stec. The latter nevertheless returned to CD Projekt Red in October 2018 and took the position of lead content producer.
Cyberpunk 2077 has no release date yet. The first gameplay video of the game appeared in August.
