In two months, the sold circulation of World War Z exceeded 2 million copies. And the best platform for the game turned out to be the Epic Games Store.
This was announced by Matthew Karch, CEO of the developer studio Saber Interactive. According to him, World War Z sold 700 thousand copies in the epic store alone. Such a significant contribution of the platform was a surprise for the creators of the game, writes PCGamesN.
We always believed that the PC version of the game would eventually find its audience. The surprise was how quickly it happened and how big a role Epic Games Store played in it.

Matthew Karch did not name the exact number of copies sold on PS4 and Xbox One. But it follows from his words that the maximum realized circulation on each of these platforms cannot exceed 700 thousand copies.
