Kiev-based developer of social casinos Murka is going to push the ranks of the largest market players. The studio recently reported revenue growth of 44.6% year-on-year, and its estimated quarterly revenue was $40.5 million. This put Murka on the tenth line of the rating of the most successful companies in the segment.
Today, the Ukrainian studio has 2.1% in the niche of social casinos, whose annual turnover reaches $ 6.2 billion. But the company’s management believes that over time it will take a leading position.

Murka is really growing rapidly:
- for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2020, the studio earned $127 million and increased by 44.6% compared to the same period last year;
- since the beginning of calendar 2020, the company’s revenue has risen by 40%;
- According to the analytical agency Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, in the second quarter of 2020 alone, Murka’s revenue amounted to $40.5 million.
Analysts explain the rapid growth of the studio to a small extent by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to a greater extent by the unusual format of the games produced (a mixture of slots and RPG).
At the moment, the company is going to focus on attracting a wide audience and release several new games at the end of 2020.
Murka’s portfolio includes about 12 projects, each of which belongs to the genre of slots. The most famous titles of the studio are Scatter Slots and Slots Era. The total MAU of the company’s projects reaches five million people.
