MY.GAMES has announced the launch of an open beta testing of its cloud gaming service. You can use it for free, but to play at the maximum settings and in 4K resolution, you will have to subscribe. The MY.GAMES Cloud service, which was announced at the end of September, can already be used on the official website.

Now there are two tariff plans available to choose from:

  • Basic (free) — 23 hours of play per month on average settings in Full HD resolution and 30 FPS;Ultimate (999 rubles per month, but there is a trial version for the first 120 minutes of the game) — 70 hours of game time per month at maximum graphics settings in resolution up to 4K and 120 FPS.
  • At the same time, both tariffs do not limit the length of the gaming session.

Now more than 100 games are available in MY.GAMES, including both popular online projects like PUBG and League of Legends, and some AAA titles like the Assassin’s Creed series.

“Cloud gaming has every chance to become one of such solutions, because every year games become more demanding to the level of hardware, while not everyone has the opportunity to constantly improve their devices. This is especially true for Russia,” said Maxim Dreval, head of MY.GAMES Cloud.

MY.GAMES uses its own servers in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but initially it was reported about the lease of capacities from GFN. The company informs that for a comfortable game, users need to be within a radius of 1500-2000 km from server centers.

At the beta test stage, MY.GAMES Cloud will be available only on Windows. Next year, the service is planned to be launched on Mac OS, Android, iOS and SmartTV. The company is also working on its integration with VKontakte so that users can play in the cloud via the social network.
