A thematic update in the “Back to the Future” setting has been released for the Jetpack Joyride game. It is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the release of the film.
The user will have at his disposal the legendary DeLorean DMC 12 sports car or hoverboard. He will be able to play as one of the three characters in the film – Marty McFly, Biff or Doc.
The content is free and will remain so throughout October. Then you can buy it for $9.99.
Note that after the release of the update, the downloads of the game have not changed much. In the American App Store, the project has moved from 257th place to 169. But the salesability has increased much more: the game has risen from 662 positions to 181.
Jetpack Joyride is a shareware arcade game from Halfbrick studio. She appeared in stores in 2011. In the first year alone, it was downloaded 13 million times. Initially, the title was paid and cost $ 1. As a paid application, the game has gained 1 million downloads.
