Minimalistic game Agar.io Miniclip has received 113 million downloads from the publisher.
According to the authors of the project, the title’s DAU is 30 million. It is not clear if we are talking only about mobile players, or browser-based ones are also taken into account.
The game will be updated in the coming weeks. The project will receive new features. Which ones are not disclosed yet.
Launch Agar.io it took place in April 2015. From that moment on, the multiplayer about amoeba-like creatures visited the world top for iOS downloads, appeared in the House of Cards series and launched a wave of clones. One of them is slither.io – became no less successful than the original.
About what downloads Agar.io they exceeded 113 million, it became known from a post on the Miniclip blog, where it was reported that the company’s games were downloaded 1 billion times in total.
