Co-founder and former executive producer of RedLynx studio Atte Ilvessuo is launching a mobile gaming startup. He told about this in an interview with the resource Gamesindustry.biz .

A studio called MotionVolt will open in Finland and will develop mobile games based on physics.
Ilvessuo plans to finance the startup out of his own pocket. The former head of RedLynx will become both the main developer of the studio and the producer of the first project.
Let’s add that Ilvessuo has not yet hired a team for the startup. In a press release, he says that he will select staff “based on the specific requirements of each individual game, visual style and platform.”
RedLynx, in which Ilvessuo worked before, is known for a series of motorcycle racing simulators for various platforms under the general name Trials.
