Supercell is confident that the release of a new title should be preceded by hundreds of hours of game time, which the developer himself will spend on it.

In an interview for Gamer Thumb, Supercell project manager Lassi Leppinen stated that the company has achieved success thanks to the release of games that its team likes.

If the creators don’t like their game, the players won’t like it either,” Lassi said

“You need to focus on creating a great game and think less about money,” he advises.

And the following is incredibly important: developers have to play their project for hundreds and hundreds of hours before launching,” Lassi also added.

Clash of Clans and Hay Day have become hits among iOS apps. The total number of their fans is 8.5 million players, and they are among the top ten grossing apps on the iTunes App Store.
