Saber Interactive Studio, partially based in Russia, has acquired a Portuguese developer. He will be engaged in two unannounced projects for PC and consoles.

The previously purchased studio was called Bigmoon Entertainment.
Under this name, she released the turn-based RPG Demons Age, as well as the Dakar 18 and Police Simulator: Patrol Duty simulators. Note that the latter was poorly received on Steam. But the rest cannot be called hits either.
Saber Interactive regards this purchase as a new stage of global expansion. According to her, the new Saber Porto (Bigmoon will get this name) gives access to talented developers in a thriving region.
As reported by Gamesindustry.biz, by the end of next year Saber Porto can triple its staff. Now there are 40 people in her team.
Saber Interactive is the authors of World War Z, whose sales have reached 3 million copies since April. Bigmoon Entertainment is far from their first acquisition. Last year they bought out one of Glu Mobile‘s Moscow offices. Saber also has studios in St. Petersburg, Madrid and several other cities around the world.
