Rovio and WG Cells have started collaborating with GetSocial, a platform with a set of solutions to attract users from social networks and messengers.
GetSocial engages users through several complex techniques.
One of them is chats embedded directly into the game and an “activity feed” that shows users what other players are doing and allows you to like the actions of users.
Another solution is Smart Invites. This is a tool that sends invitations and recommendations to users not only through social networks like Twitter or Facebook, but also directly through popular messengers. In addition, users themselves can send an invitation to friends via Whatsapp, Kik, Kakao or LINE.
The developer who used the service can track how many invites and from where they led to installations.
According to GetSocial, the conversion of clicks to installations with this method of attracting users is higher than with other options. And the CPI is below the market average.
Rovio uses Smart Invites in “three-in-a-row” Nibblers, and WG Cells in Smash Squad.
