We continue to summarize the results of 2021 together with top managers and experts of the gaming industry (and related ones). Next up is an interview with Alex Nichiporchik, founder and CEO of tinyBuild.

How did 2021 go for the company?

We went public on the London Stock Exchange and grew to 10 studios around publishing. There are more than 400 of us. I am most proud of the team. We do the impossible, we move mountains.

What event or trend of 2021 do you consider central within your niche?

It seems to me that we saw for the first time how fragile the supply chain of services in the gaming industry is — especially for AAA. We see a lot of releases where, due to bottlenecks in supply chains, products come out that do not meet the expectations of players. This makes it possible for small teams and their projects to shine at the end of this year.

What will be the stake in the development of the company in 2022?

We continue to invest in the coolest teams from all over the world. We rely mainly on people, on creative game creators. This is the most important thing in our industry.
