Mail.Ru Group and the ITIS Graduate School of Kazan Federal University plan to cooperate in the following areas:
- improvement of training programs in the laboratory of visualization and development of computer games;
- conducting research in the field of high technology;
- implementation of joint educational activities;
- organization of thematic competitions among students and teachers.
Ayrat Khasyanov, director of the ITIS KFU Higher School, noted that the Department of Game Development has existed at ITIS KFU for 4 years, and its students have already released several games. He is sure that cooperation with Mail.Ru The Group will help both improve the practical skills and knowledge of students, and contribute to the development of the gaming and IT industry in Tatarstan.
The first joint event for Kazan developers will take place in April.
