The Union of Game Publishers of Europe published the top 50 sales of digital copies of games from May 28 to June 3. In the first place was the next part of the football simulator from EA.
A week before, FIFA 18 was in fifth place in sales. The sales growth is obviously related to the World Cup.
In second place in the top is Just Cause 3, which took off in a week from the 135th place. Other parts of the franchise are also present in the top. This is due to the sale of games in the series, which began after it became known that Square Enix is going to present the fourth part at E3.
The top three is completed by the Battlefield 1 + Titanfall 2 bundle from Electronic Arts. The top ten also holds another title of the company — Mass Effect: Andromeda.
The fourth and fifth places in the top were occupied by the only exclusives in the top ten: State of Decay 2 for Xbox One and Detroit: Become Human for PS4, respectively.
Two places in the top were taken by the games of the Deus Ex series at once, they rose to 7-8 places.
Top 50 digital copies of games sold for 22 and 21 weeks of the year, there is no data on revenue from titles yet
The Interactive Software Federation of Europe (ISFE) is an independent association of European game publishers.
Digital sales statistics are collected from 42 European countries out of 50.
ISFE collects statistics on sales of physical copies of games, but here the association’s database cannot be considered representative: information about retail comes from only 12 countries, and there are no such large markets as the UK and Germany in this list.
