In an interview with Gamasutra, John Riccitiello stated: “I think it’s better for us to remain independent. I wouldn’t have joined [the company’s management] if I thought it was all temporary.”
Rumors that Unity may change its owner appeared due to the latest news from the company. Recall that the other day it became known that the list of free functions has been seriously expanded in the latest version of the engine.
