The coveted title of the second largest geolocation game on iOS was unexpectedly snatched by Let’s Hunt Monsters from Tencent. Since April, the game has earned $50 million.
Prior to that, its place was occupied by Jurassic World Alive, writes Sensor Tower. The game was released in May last year and earned $25 million on iOS. Obviously, Let’s Hunt Monsters has much higher earnings rates. Now the top looks like this:
Two things distinguish Let’s Hunt Monsters from all the games presented above:
- it is the only one not based on any popular IP;
- all her earnings come only from the Chinese market.
