Novosibirsk studio Friday’s is looking for 13 writers for a new project at once

We usually write about vacancies exclusively within the framework of our daily HR column, but here we could not pass by the occasion. Such a large—scale recruitment within the framework of a humanitarian vacancy is a rare event.

Important: Friday's is in search of not just screenwriters, but people who will also be ready to engage in both game design and scripting. So her vacancies (they can be found here) are marked as positions for the place of a "game designer - screenwriter".

The company is looking for personnel in its Novosibirsk office, remote work is not considered an option. But I am ready to teach people from scratch. The new cadres will prepare content for a new casual fritupley game.

"We are running a large casual project in the farm setting. Our game is a huge world with a diverse nature, in which people and animals are waiting for adventures and plot twists. Therefore, our team needs 13 game designers-screenwriters by the end of September. Their tasks are to invent plots, write texts, direct and create scenes of the characters' behavior. We consider candidates with and without experience in game development. What is important for us: the ability to write well (good is not only competent, but also with feeling, with sense, with arrangement), the desire to develop in game development (not only to create texts, but also to play a lot, enjoy work and project), as well as personal qualities such as positive and kindness. We have a very warm and strong team, and this atmosphere is more important to us than the candidate's experience, so we are ready to train future employees."
