Last week, during WN Moscow`21, the third “HR Awards Game Show” was held. This is an award for gaming HR specialists and teams from Russia and Eastern Europe, organized by Talents In Games. It awards the best HR projects. This time, the initiatives of Playrix, BIT.GAMES and MYTONA were noted.

Yulia Rogozhkina, curator of educational projects at BIT.GAMES, and Marina Lopatina, Head of Talents n GamesPlayrix won in the nomination “The most relevant project” with the project “Charity Grant Contest”.

The essence of the project is that any employee of the company can request a grant for charitable activities in which he or his relatives personally participate, and which is aimed at improving the quality of life in the home region.

  • BIT.GAMES took the award for “The most creative project” with Igrohab.

Igrohab is a free educational program organized by Bit.Games in order to improve the situation with gaming personnel in the region and train new employees. During the work of the initiative, 29 people were hired in two years.

  • MYTONA was awarded for the “Most innovative project“, which the jury recognized as “Teamdays: Team Building without Borders“.

The MYTONA project is dedicated to improving communication in teams, introducing employees from different cities and countries to each other. Its essence is the regular organization of online meetings with various interactive.

A total of 8 projects were submitted for the award. Among the participants were such companies as G5, Playneta, Friday’s Games, Deus Craft and others.

Each company did not just submit a project, but had to defend it before a jury of experts, which included representatives of MY.GAMES, Belka Games and Frag Lab.

“It was very interesting to see from the outside, because we usually cook only in our kitchen and often cannot evaluate ourselves, even despite excellent results,” Yulia Rogozhkina, curator of educational projects at BIT.GAMES, commented on the award.

Konstantin Petrov, Acting HR Director at MYTONA, also noted the importance of such events: “The event is very useful for the industry, because within its framework we share cases of different scale and tasks, which immediately become the property of the entire industry.”
