For the second week in a row, the game remains in first place on the weekly Steam chart, ahead of Rust, Cyberpunk 2077 and the Chinese RPG Tale of Immortal.
In addition to this, Valheim has updated its own record for the number of simultaneous players. On Sunday, this figure reached 367 thousand people, according to SteamDB statistics.
According to the daily online game Iron Gate is now on the fourth line, second only to PUBG, Dota 2 and CS:GO. For comparison, Valve’s multiplayer shooter took 2.5 years to reach the current Valheim figures.
The growing popularity allowed Valheim to also take the 10th place in the list of the most popular online projects in the history of Steam. The absolute leaders in this indicator remain PUBG, which in January 2018 was simultaneously played by 3.2 million people, and CS:GO, which had a peak online of 1.3 million.
Also in the top 10 are titles such as Fallout 4, Life is Strange 2 and Among Us.
Valheim went into early access on February 2. In just a week, the number of copies of the game sold exceeded 1 million, and the percentage of positive reviews is 96% (based on more than 36 thousand user reviews).
