Canadians from Ravenous Games, previously noticed mainly in the creation of pixel platformers, announced the imminent release of a roguelike about Tiny Rogue dungeons.
The project, judging by the video, resembles a mix of the classic King’s Bounty and Dungelot. From the first, the game got a conditional step-by-step system of movement on the game map (in the event that the player performs an action, it is also performed by NPCs). From the second – the general concept: the goal at each new level (map) is to get to the stairs leading to the floor below.
The character grows in levels and also has a small inventory where he can put spells, various things and, of course, potions, generously scattered on game cards.
The project will go on sale in the App Store this Thursday, November 12, as a paid application. The price for it will be $2.99.
Ravenous Games, we recall, previously noted such projects as League of Evil, Random Heroes, Devious Dungeon and Gravity Duck.
