The N-Fusion studio, which has become famous in the mobile market mainly for the successful shooter Deus Ex: The Fall and the robust Air Mail arcade, announced an isometric role-playing action, which some Western media have already begun to compare with the Ultima and Baldur’s Gate lines.

The project is called Ember. The plot of the game revolves around the resource of the same name, used in the local world for various needs, but at the same time having its own intelligence.

Our colleagues with 148Apps claim that the world of the game, like the classic top-down RPG, is “incredibly large”, and you can travel through it without downloading locations. Available: changing times of day; weather; houses for sale; NPCs with their own daily routine and behavioral pattern; interacting representatives of the animal world (wolves hunting deer, etc.); crafting system and books “to read” (hello, The Elder Scrolls).

The combat system of the project, judging by the preview, has not gone far from the classic creations of Bioware. Everything happens in real time, but at any moment the player can pause the game, give tactical instructions, activate the skill.

The estimated time to complete the game is 30 hours.

There is no information yet about when the game will be released and how much it will cost.

We, in turn, can only envy the courage of N-Fusion, which decided to release such, let’s say, an “old-school” project on mobile platforms. However, by desktop standards, the game is at least outdated.
