The Japanese giant has published an endless runner about the adventures of tomb raider Lara Croft.
In fact, Lara has been asking for mobile device screens as a runner since the very appearance of Temple Run, which successfully exploited the virgin land of Indiana Jones.
If Square Enix had come up then (or agreed with Imangi), she would not have had to, consider, wait for the genre to be forgotten for the release of her own game.
However, the fact that the HYPE around the genre has long passed, is unlikely to help the game. The fact is that Lara Croft: Relic Run is not enough that it is ready to offer interesting fans of the genre. There is parkour, which, in fact, visually replaces jumping, running on walls and a bit of a rail shooter.
Lara and the dinosaurs… Nostalgic for the first part of Tomb Raider
But is it worth taking a break from Subway Surfers for this?
No, given the mediocre picture, slowing down on the penultimate generation of iOS smartphones and aggressively sticking out ridiculous game physics (watching Lara unnaturally and for a long time add up, falling into the abyss or bumping into an obstacle is still a pleasure).
In general, you can download it, of course, but we are not sure that it is worth your time.
