By the standards of shareware games, Ruzzle is a long-liver, its MAU is about 10 million, which is unusual for such an “elderly” project. Even more unusual is that about 10% of the first 800 users who downloaded the game are still playing it.
On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the game, its creators have released a major update – Ruzzle 2.0.
It includes the ability to track progress, new game modes, for example, the weekly tournament mode.
The Swedish puzzle Ruzzle appeared in 2012. Since that moment, it has gained more than 50 million downloads, it has been played about 20 billion times. In the game, the user must create more words from the proposed set of letters in a limited time than the opponent.
