J.J. Abrams (J.J. Abrams) said that his film company Bad Robot, together with the studio Chair, is working on the game Spyjinx, focused on both PC and mobile devices.

The project, which is a mix of action, strategy and role-playing game with “dynamic construction of worlds“, as described by Donald Mustard, co-founder of Chair, will appear on the shelves of digital stores early next year.

Nothing else is known about the project.

For Abrams, known primarily as the producer of the series “Stay Alive”, as well as the director of such films as “Mission: Impossible 3”, the relaunch of “Star Trek” and the yet-to-be-released seventh episode of “Star Wars”, this is the second entry into the gaming industry. The first time he talked about his intentions to work on the game was two years ago. Then Gabe Newell, CEO of Valve, spoke about the possibility of working with Abrams. But, apparently, then the two stars failed to agree.

As for Chair, nothing has been heard from this studio owned by Epic Games for a long time after the launch of Infinity Blade III in the same 2013.
