OVIVO, a black–and-white indie platformer from the St. Petersburg team IzHard, was released on Steam.

What?

One of the most popular indie projects in the Russian game industry, long before the release, caressed by the attention and awards of the professional community.

The game is a complex platformer, distinguished by a very ascetic appearance.

How?

In OVIVO, the player controls the ball. The task is to guide the ball through all obstacles.

The levels in the game are divided horizontally into two equal parts – white and black, where gravity is inverted.

Overcoming obstacles is built on the constant throwing of the ball from one part to another.

Why pay attention?

Before the release, the project, the first version of which appeared back in 2014, managed to receive seven awards. I wonder how the Steam audience will react to it.

What should I be ready for?

The keyboard can be easily gouged, trying for the hundredth time to jump correctly from one ledge to another.
