The Prettygreat team, founded this year by the former directors of Halfbrick, announced its first project – Land Sliders.

However, before moving on to the game, let’s briefly run through the background.

In February of this year, Phil Larsen, Luke Muscat and Hugh Walters, three directors of Halfbrick, one of the most prominent gaming companies in Australia, founded their own studio Prettygreat.

In June, it became known that the authors of Crossy Road from Hipster Whale invested about $ 380 thousand in the first Prettygreat project.

And now, a season later, the natives of Halfbrick were ready to release their first project: it will appear in the App Store on September 24.

As far as can be understood from the trailer, the project took from the authors of Crossy Road not only money, but also style. As for the gameplay, in Land Sliders, the player will control various objects, the purpose of which will be to collect things corresponding to a particular object on the map and avoid collisions with obstacles.

The game is somewhat reminiscent of Katamari, in which objects such as a cat, a refrigerator, a tornado and so on act as a ball.
