On December 8, Los Angeles summed up the results of the annual Game Awards. The winner of the main “gaming Oscar” this year was The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and its creator Nintendo is the leader in the number of nominations.

In addition to the 2017 Game Awards Grand Prix, the Nintendo hit won “Best Game Direction” and “Best Action/Adventure Game”.

This year, 102 nominees applied for the 2017 Game Awards. The leader in the number of nominations was Nintendo with 23 games. It is followed by Sony and Activision with 16 and 7 nominations, respectively.
