New World is leading the Steam bestseller chart this week. Thanks to various publications, pre-orders of MMORPG from Amazon Games took the first two lines in the rating at once.
The release of New World is scheduled for August 31, but pre-orders already give access to the closed beta version of the game.
Recall that in the first day from the start of the beta test of the online title on Steam exceeded 190 thousand people. New World held this level all week, and on Sunday it broke the mark of 200 thousand simultaneous players, which made it one of the most popular games in the store for the day.
On the third line in the Steam chart, the Ideology add-on for RimWorld debuted, released on July 20.
The fourth place went to F1 2021. Note that the SteamDB servi indicated that the game took second place last week, and this week it fell to fourth. However, a week ago, another edition of it was located just on the fourth line, so in general, the project retained one of its positions.
Thanks to the sale, GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Days Gone returned to the chart. Of these, GTA V, which took sixth place, showed the best sales.
The previous leader of Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin dropped to eighth place on the Steam chart. The novelty of Death’s Door is located on the ninth line in the top.
