Diablo III was in 13th place in The top 20 most popular games on the PC platform for April of this year, according to the publication-the compiler of the Newzoo rating.
The surge of gamers’ interest in the 2012 role—playing action game is associated with the introduction of a new necromancer hero into the game.
In addition to Diablo III, the agricultural simulator Farming Simulator 2017 debuted in the April top.
There have been no significant changes in the top three rankings since last month — League of Legends and Hearthstone retained the first and second places.
Minecraft has shifted Counter-Strike: Global Offensive from the third line of the chart, opening access to the domestic market for gamers on the Windows 10 platform. It allows players to download and use content created by other members of the Minecraft community.
At the end of April, the Top 20 most popular games left the role-playing MMO Guild Wars 2 and the post-apocalyptic sandbox Rust.
The rating is based on the calculation of unique gaming sessions in North America and Europe.
