A new role-playing game by Japanese game designer Yoko Taro (Yoko Taro) SINoALICE topped the rating of cash applications of the Japanese App Store.

SINoALICE is distributed by the fritupley model. In the box office rating, the game was able to beat such titles as Granblue Fantasy, Monster Strike and Puzzles & Dragons.

SINoALICE was released in Japan on June 6. The game was created by the Pokelabo studio owned by Gree, and published by Square Enix.

It is unclear whether an international version is planned.

Yoko Taro is known as the director and screenwriter of the Nier action series, whose latest installment NieR: Automata has received good reviews from gamers and the gaming press. Over 1.5 million digital copies of the game have been sold worldwide in three months.
