Disney took the joke about Clash of Clones too literally and gave the go-ahead for the development and publication of the Clash of Clans clone in the Star Wars universe.
The new game is called Star Wars: Commander. Its main difference from the Supercell game, as far as can be judged from the first screenshots, is that the player can choose which side he wants to play for: the rebels or the Empire.
The project is still at the stage of “soft launch” in Australia.
