The authors of Candy Crush Saga announced the release of their first game in a non-standard genre for the company – the Paradise Bay time manager.
We haven’t had time to get to know the project closely yet, but according to our first impressions, it is an ideological follower (or, to put it more simply, a clone) Hay Day. As in the Supercell project, the player fulfills orders for various products, which he makes from objects assembled/manufactured on his farm.
There are two striking differences – three-dimensional graphics and Pacific setting.
Plus, it’s funny that King, which is so sensitive to the words in its names in a particular project, partly exploits the popularity of Tap Paradise Cove, which is similar in setting and genre, and, of course, Paradise Island.
The novelty was the first game developed within the walls of the Seattle studio King.
