Released last Thursday, World of Tanks Blitz is already in the Top 10 free apps in more than 50 countries. But its box office figures are still far from ideal: the game is in the Top 100 in grossing “only” in 15 regions.
In monetary terms, the game is doing best in the markets of the former CIS. In particular, in Russia, the game is in tenth place.
How the game will behave next is difficult to predict, because it is not entirely clear what changes it has made Wargaming.net based on the results of the soft launch of the project. Recall that in early May, World of Tanks Blitz was launched in Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden. In these countries, the game has not achieved much success in the box office tops.
