Revenues from the mobile strategy of DomiNations for two years amounted to more than $ 100 million.
The game was developed by Big Huge Games studio and published by the Korean company Nexon.
Since its launch in 2015, total DomiNations downloads on iOS and Android have exceeded 35 million.
“The success of DomiNations in the USA and Europe confirms the right choice of tactics to expand business and attract Western players with high—quality games,” says Nexon President and CEO Owen Mahoney.
The American studio Big Huge Games was founded in 2000. During its existence, it has released a series of real-time strategies Rise of Nations, The Asian Dynasties supplement for Age of Empires III and the role-playing action Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
In March 2016, Nexon acquired Big Huge Games for an undisclosed amount.
