Bungie’s Destiny 2 MMO shooter will be released on the gaming service Battle.net and it will be the first game on the platform developed not by Blizzard Entertainment.
This was reported as part of the presentation of the gameplay of the game, held on May 17.
It is not yet known whether the game will be hosted on separate servers like Overwatch, Diablo 3 and other Blizzard projects, but it is reported that the PC version of Destiny 2 will not be on Steam and other gaming services.
Destiny 2 is scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 8, and an open beta test is scheduled for this summer.
